“AB Immobiliare” Estate Agency, founded in the early 90s by two professionals in Via Mazzini 95, assisted throughout the years countless clients who, satisfied by our work, in case of further need for assistance didn’t hesitate contacting us again.
In 2011 the Agency has been taken over by Davide Granelli, operating in the field since 2006, who treasured the founders’ knowledge and continued the path of brokerage with a focus on the buying and selling of residential buildings, villas and shops.
By the end of 2017 the Agency underwent a radical still weighted change with the abandonment of the street level with the intention of paying more attention to the Client and their purchases, sales and rents.
Nowadays in the real estate field there is a lot of improvisation and this profession is mistreated. More and more private citizens try to take the estate agent’s place. Even the simplest transaction can present difficulties, having to adhere to multiple regulations and obligations.
In order to provide the widest possible service the headquarters of the Agency have been moved to the Querci and Dragotto Firm of Chartered Accountants with the possibility of giving Clients all the assistance needed under the financial and tax-related point of view.
Another aspect that led to this change is the will to ensure our Clients’ privacy, which doesn’t happen in agencies on the street level.
